VIP/Partner Credentials
This “Credential”, issued by the 2018 IIHF World Junior Championship Host Organizing Committee ("HOC"), entitles the holder ("Bearer'') access to New Era Field for the sole purpose of providing venue access in connection with the event for which Credential is issued (the “Game”). It is issued subject to the following conditions:
Bearer assumes all risks incidental to the game of hockey, in connection with Game, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the playing of Game, including specifically but not exclusively the risk of injury by objects including but not limited to hockey sticks, pucks and other equipment. WARNING! DESPITE ENHANCED SPECTATOR SHIELDING MEASURES, PUCKS STILL MAY FLY INTO THE SPECTATOR AREA. SERIOUS INJURY CAN OCCUR. STAY ALERT AT ALL TIMES INCLUDING DURING WARMUP AND AFTER PLAY STOPS. IF STRUCK, IMMEDIATELY ASK USHER FOR DIRECTIONS TO MEDICAL STATION. Bearer agrees that Hockey Western New York, LLC d/b/a Buffalo Sabres, USA Hockey Inc., International Ice Hockey Federation, Game participants, Western New York Arena, LLC, IRE Rinks New York, LLC, Pegula Sports and Entertainment, LLC, Buffalo Bills, LLC, County of Erie, Erie County Stadium Corporation and their respective agents, representatives, affiliates, members, officers, directors and employees (collectively “Releasees”) are not liable for injuries suffered by Bearer whether resulting from such causes or otherwise. In consideration of benefits received, Bearer hereby releases Releasees from any liability arising from, and agrees not to assert any claim on account of, Game, including Bearer’s presence thereat. Bearer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Releasees from any liability, loss, damage or expense caused by Bearer.
Any unauthorized transmission, picture, or other depiction or description of Game action, Game information, player interview or other arena activity is prohibited without prior written approval of HOC.
While within the venue of the Game, Bearer shall be subject to direction of HOC and New Era Field management. Credential is not transferable, may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of HOC, and will automatically terminate if any term is breached.
